- No more than 25% of the course content may have been accessed or completed
- Course materials must not have been downloaded or printed
- Certificates of completion, if issued, must not have been generated or claimed
Quiz and Assessment Packages
For quiz packages, test assignments, and assessment bundles:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 2 quizzes or tests have been attempted
- Once results have been submitted or certificates generated, refunds are not available
- Partial packages cannot be refunded individually if purchased as part of a bundle
Digital Products and Downloadable Content
For downloadable materials, e-books, templates, or other digital products:
- Refunds are only available if the product has not been downloaded or accessed
- Technical issues preventing download may qualify for a refund if reported within 48 hours
- Once downloaded, digital products are considered delivered and non-refundable
Non-Refundable Services
The following services and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Services purchased during promotional periods or at discounted rates, unless otherwise specified
- Gift subscriptions or vouchers once redeemed by the recipient
- Services where the majority of content has been accessed, downloaded, or consumed
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Services purchased through third-party platforms, subject to the refund policy of that platform
- Administrative fees or transaction processing fees
